Everybody has a gig thatcwent over the top and ate their brain.
Minevwas a 300,000 word eBook on real estate.
I wrote the book using voice to text software. I completed the assignment but my mind turned to mush. I spent so much time and energy working on this project I Couldn't keep up with my daily gigs.
    Anybody have a similar story?

I got an horror story to tell about it:

I was tasked with translating an horror book and that was not my cup of tea. It took me a sweet little time to do so, and I didn't enjoy any time of it, especially with no other work in the horizon (only black clouds of bills were creeping in). Then again, no one to blame but me since I made the bid and accepted the offer.

When someone says: "Don't take sh#%ty work" I will listen from now on.

avatarivn next time take a job like that and advance work and bill for payment in sections. If they just string you along they are just testing you.
