I was a Remote Support Specialist. As such I am a great candidate. My name is John Baskette and I have over 1 year experience as a Tech Support Representative, supporting MAC and WINDOWS machines by Email for RMS Computer Systems. MY TECH SUPPORT JOB DESCRIPTION: I am a Technical Support Rep now on a Telecommuting Contract (as-needed) basis. I edited Word2010 & PDF files as well as Tested Websites so the meet Section 508 standards of Accessibility. My Help Desk and Tech Support positions were also Work at Home Contracts.
