I separate myself from my work entirely. I put away my phone and computer so I can't even attempt to begin working - or get distracted by work. I make a list of the things I still need to accomplish so I'm not constantly reminding myself of them. Then I really just delve into something I enjoy; spending time with my kids is the big one. We read, take hikes, bake, and craft. If I need to calm down on my own I'll take a bath or write in my journal.
