2017 LanceBase Platform Comparison Thread. [Closed]
Proof of this?I tried fiverr, but they all of a sudden deleted my account and other top sellers there several years back, and they just kept all our money without even having the decency to give us any valid reason. Just some canned message saying that we violated terms. We are the ones who really helped build their site up and they screwed us over! We even rallied together and tried to contact them on their social media pages about it when we couldn't get any answers from the site directly, but each time we put up a post for someone to hopefully respond, they just deleted it and just kept dodging and running. Talk about shady! After that experience, I realized that Fiverr is run by a bunch of crooks and they are a very shady bunch. It's people like this who make me very leery about freelancing today. I don't have any favorite freelance site at this time, but I have recently joined Upwork, we'll see how it goes.
Im not callin you a liar but I wouldnt mind seeing proof of this someday, because like you said there is a whole lot of people who say it. I could be lookin in the wrong places but it looks like most are cases of users getting mad cause they got caught doin something wrong.Don't have no proof, and not going years back. You can believe it or not. I have no reason to lie. If you simply search Fiverr Scam in the search engines I'm sure you'll find a whole lot of dirt!
I looked at this site the other day but found it a bit confusing. For example, I wasn't sure how much of what you wrote in a bid to the client can be seen by others. I don't like the whole concept of bidding anyway, fixed fees are better.Freelancer seems the best to me. I have tried most of the platforms listed above, and when it comes to finding work and getting paid on time and not getting scammed to do work for free, I think that Freelancer is the best.
